NO COMPASSION, NO CARE, NO ACCOUNTABILITY

Extremely poor customer service. It saddens me to have to go this route, but when left with no response to mails and lies regarding status of parcels, one has no choice.

I have been waiting since the 5th December for a parcel. I have "dealt with and tried to get in contact with (i put that lightly as I have been doing the communication and follow ups)

I have also tried the following landline numbers without a response: • ********** 905 • ********** 903 • ********** 901 • ********** 911 I am the one following up on status of my parcel and hold ups, I paid delivery, i requested the invoice to pay for customs, which i paid literally within 5 minutes of receiving, and I am still waiting.

Highly disappointing, and this parcel if for my daughters 1st Christmas, which she most likely will not get in time, NO COMPASSION, NO CARE, NO ACCOUNTABILITY
