No communication from Skynet with regards to an order i have with Vox Telecom

No communication from Skynet with regards to an order i have with Vox Telecom. Delivery was meant to be completed by 04 September and have received no delivery even on 05 September. I tried calling to follow up on my order but no one picks up . Bad service that leaves customers frustrated
