No communication

I received a sms that a very important parcel was out for delivery yesterday. The parcel is a replacement item for another that broke - I require it to continue with my work. Currently without it, it's no work, no pay. The day passed without a delivery and I only received a "failed to deliver" message at midnight and that I would be contacted for another attempt. So far, I have not been contacted, there is no meaningful information on their track search and no joy in any of the communication channels I tried. If i know that they are having difficulty finding my address, I can assist. If the vehicle incurred problems along the way, I would at least know and stop wasting my time waiting at home for in case they show. I would also know that I have more days of no income ahead. Big name, big on poor service
