No assistance from skynet worldwide express!!!

I have a package that I’ve ordered online and usually buffalo delivers but this time around SkyNet worldwide express is delivering!! So I’ve beeeen trying to pay my duties but it won’t allow me!! Daily I keep receiving mails to pay my duties but each time I click on the link to pay, it won’t allow me. I’ve contacted sky net via email, WhatsApp and call but no assistance at all!!
