No answer from Imports Department

I purchased some clothes from an online show in the UK and received an email from Muhammed Hassen on Monday advising that I need to send my ID number in order to receive an invoice. It is already Wednesday and I have not received an invoice. The clothes are due to be delivered on Friday the 4th of August. I have sent him an email today without any response. I tried calling him on ********** 902 and also no luck. I called Skynet's reception to transfer me to someone who could assist but when they transfered me twice when I phoned there was no answer. I did notice that if the custom duties aren't paid within 7 days the goods will be returned. 7 days will be on Saturday/Sunday. All I want is just an invoice in order to pay and for my goods to be cleared with customs. If it is not within the 7days, will Skynet refund me with for the money I paid for the clothes as the delay is with them?

All I need is just for the Imports department to do their job and send me the invoice.

Once again I received an email from Emmah at Skynet on Friday 4 August to send my ID number in order for the invoice to be sent to me as my parcel arrived on 3 August 2017. Until now I have not received an invoice... This is shocking!!! I do not know where and why the process are being delayed but all I know is that Skynet is obviously not a reliable imports and exports company. I guess my parcel will end up being sent back to the UK after 7 days because Skynet is delaying the entire process for me to receive my parcel.
