Never use Skynet. They SUCK

My order that I bought on the 12/09/2018 from Chain Reaction Cycles was shipped by Skynet and has still not arrived. Skynet has had the parcel in their local branch since the 17/09/2018 but I have not received the parcel, this is despite multiple emails to them. I have have used DHL in the past and with them the experience was exceptional. Both times Skynet has used there has been delays with the parcel, the first time I had to get top management involved before I got any sort of reaction from them and this time even with management involved it is still taking ages. The person who I think is the biggest delay with this is Dalene Sithole at their OR Thambo branch. She does not seem to have any sense of urgency or accountability.
