NEVER USE SKYNET IN YOUR LIFE - PATHETIC SERVICE

I've been waiting for my parcel since December 18th and their DC is in Johannesburg and I'm in Johannesburg. When I call, no one has ever picked up the phone. This is simply pathetic and I will advice everyone never to use this service.
