NEVER use Skynet

Received sms that parcel will be delivered on a Saturday - after waiting for it for 3 weeks. At 13:30 I traced the parcel and it showed as delivered ! I called all the numbers available for Skynet with NO answer. The driver called 14:10 announcing he is at my gate. He was NOT ! He was at the wrong street but the correct number. The owner at that address spoke to me and said he will keep the parcel for me then I can pick it up from him, which I did. This was the worst courier experience ever !!!
