Never in my life will ever deal with this company again

I have dealt with alot of delivery companies in my life I have never been made to feel the way I'm feeling right now I made arrangements for them to leave my Parcel with the security guy in my flat. He phoned me but I missed his call and immediately returned it but it was on voice mail. When I got to the flat security said he needed my ID, I left my ID but he still did not leave the parcel. I had been trying to phone him his phone is always on voicemail. This morning I ph0ned Skynet customer service, their *********** stuff who could not even pronounce their own address said I can come to the warehouse and collect the parcel myself. When I got there to my surprise parcel is in cape Town. How do u send the Parcel back to the send without even notifying me or sending a message at least. Why did the consultant tell me to drive all the way to the warehouse knowing that I wouldn't get my parcel? How is the parcel sent to Capetown when u know that I spoke with the security to recieve it for me the least u could have done is keep it in Johannesburg for me to collect. What kind of a delivery company is this. I have never felt like this before I'm crying in the car now coz I'm shout to lose a job opportunity due to the absence of the certificate and I will never ever deal with any company that is using SKYNET. IT BULL **** COMPANY that doesn't care about people.
