Extremely Disappointing Service – Avoid if You Can

I’ve had two incredibly frustrating experiences with Skynet delivery services, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values reliability and clear communication.

First Experience: The tracking portal showed that a delivery attempt had been made and claimed that no one was home – this happened three times. In all instances, there were people at home waiting, and no one from Skynet attempted to call or notify us that they were outside. It felt like no real attempt was made at all.

Second Experience: I urgently needed a parcel delivered and called ahead to confirm it would arrive the same day. They assured me it would, but it never came. I called again the following day and received the same empty promise. That day, I tried calling several more times, only to be stuck on endless hold with music and no indication of my place in the queue. It was impossible to get through.

To make matters worse, although their phone lines supposedly open from 7:30 am, the automated message only switched off around 8:00 am, wasting more of my time.

Overall, I’ve found Skynet to be unreliable, uncommunicative, and unprofessional. I won’t be using them again.
