NATIS online should terminate their contract with skynet

Skynet is so unreliable. Their drivers don't even call when it's time to deliver a parcel, they are quick enough to return back with the parcel n claim "consignee not available"!!! NATIS online should terminate the contract with them, bunch of *********** people!
