My Telkom parcel sitting with skynet for 2 weeks

A very disgusting service in must say ,I just don't know why there companies continously use the services of skynet who is so inconveniencing to us. I have been waiting for my parcel which is almost 2 weeks now sitting with this courier. When you call their consultants they lie to say parcel is dispatched.. Telkom need to stop utilizing skynet..
