My package has been going back and forth, I was supposed to have received my package on Saturday 7 December , it's Tuesday the 10 December and I still haven't received my package

My package has been going back and forth, I was supposed to have received my package on Saturday 7 December , it's Tuesday the 10 December and I still haven't received my package. This , isn't the first time, they've messed up, in October 2024, my parcel was delivered to someone in JHB and I live in DURBAN. Numerous calls later and I'm still waiting for an update. The service is beyond pathetic, this is undoubtedly the worst courier company ever !!!!!
