My license disc

I paid for my parcel on Monday and it was out for delivery the whole of Thursday, I received a message telling me so only to find out no driver phoned me the whole of that. Friday no one made contact I had to follow up and I was told that I wasn’t available to receive the parcel which is a lie, my phone doesn’t go off and that parcel didn't move at all from their depot at all. I had to make plans to collect myself from their depot and later on the tracker they signed as delivered No I fetched it! It wasn’t just a parcel, it was a license disc so I wasn't going to drive anywhere like I planned if my plan for fetching it failed. Im very unhappy with their service and they not as fast and trusted as they claim my parcel no. ***
