My delayed parcel delivery and poor communication

My parcel has been at SkyNet Rusternburg branch from 26/11/2024 and on the 27th I received an SMS saying it’s out for delivery. I waited the whole day but did not receive my package, no communication was made, only to track my order and see that it’s written ‘Bad address’, mind you I stay 13 minutes from the branch. Today on the 28th I attempted to contact the customer service centre via a call but my airtime finished while the phone is ringing unattended, I contacted them via WhatsApp but my messages are on ‘received’ with no response.

I am disturbed and disappointed by this poor service and now that I have read the reviews on this page I am wondering whether my parcel will ever be delivered or I will have to go personally to collect it at the end because I need the item in there as in yesterday.

I am wondering whether anything will ever be done to address all the issues stated in these reviews or we are just reviewing for the sake of alerting others from using this company.
