Must be the worst ever.

I want to give a zero start. In today's options for courier companies, why would anyone choose this crowd. Cannot get hold of them. They dont answer any calls or good luck finding way to communicate with them.

Then I wait at the delivery premises for a whole day for them to arrive and then the website would say I was not available. What utter nonsense.
