Skynet's service is a major disappointment. I have tried in vain to trace my parcel that has been showing out for delivery since 13 December. I got a sms stating that it was going to be delivered on Friday the 13Th of December. Since then it is showing out for delivery. Spoke to the Company yesterday after holding on for 1 hour and 14 seconds and was transferred to the guy that was suppose to deliver the parcel. He has informed me that he does not work for the Company anymore.....HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE. Please do not make use of Skynet Worldwide Express at the service is pathetic.
