MOST USELESS GARBAGE COURIERS EVER

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. What's worse I didn't even choose they service they were imposed on me. I did my vehicle renewal online and requested a delivery. Yesterday I was told they delivering they didn't I tried multiple times to get through to customer care to track my package they don't have consultants who answer phones. Further, the online chats the people just don't respond as we speak I'm on a chat with a Nthabiseng Mokwena they yet to reply to any message I've sent. What kind of garbage company and why does a huge traffic authority like eNATS use them.
