Most unreliable courier service

Worst courier company to make use of. I have been using Skynet for over a year for my business, and I am appalled by their service delivery of recent. On one occasion, the driver delivers my clients parcels to the completely wrong address and still expect me to go and fetch it from the stranger which they delivered it to, and now over a week after my parcel was collected, it is still not delivered to my client. Most UNRELIABLE courier service out. Will never be making use of their services again.
