MOST UNRELIABLE COURIER SERVICE

I received an sms from Skynet on 13 December stating that my parcel was out for delivery that day. "Please ensure you are available at given address.", which I did. I changed my schedule in order to be at home on the 13th. When Skynet didn't arrive, I had to rearrange my plans for the 14th too. Today is the 15th and still no Skynet. When I follow the link on the sms I received it tells me that the parcel was delivered yesterday at 11:00. Calling any of the numbers listed is futile. So now I don't know where parcel JDG*** is, or who signed for it, because it most certainly wasn't me.
