Most pathetic service

A parcel picked up on the 28th July from my DBN Office destined for my H/O in Sandton has still not been delivered. Apparently the parcel is lying at the depot and when I spoke to Errol he advised parcel was being delivered last Friday however this wasn't done. Like other complainants have mentioned, no one bothers to answer their phones and no one returns calls.
