Most *********** idiots

This is probably the most *********** company I have ever worked with. Two times now my parcel has been "out for delivery" and will be delivered before 17h00. First time they say failed to deliver at 00h00 at night because "Cosignee not available" and now yesterday the same but at 22h00. I just want my package. They wont even provide me with an address to collect my parcel myself as the branch they are dispatching from is like 45min from me. No customer service actually no service at all
