MORTIFIED AND HORRIBLY DISGUSTING
I am mortified that such a trustworthy business can mess up and LIE about everything.... it's taken 3 weeks of back and forth questions as to when I am receiving my parcel...
ONLY to be told WHEN I phone in that the parcel has been sent back to the sender... HELLLLOOOOOO why do I have to waste airtime and my time trying to get a parcel that I paid for.
My daughter of 10 has been waiting for her birthday present for 3 weeks now and still NOTHING...... super disgusted and angry
