Missing parcel

Hi Hello Peter Skynet is refusing to assist in returning my parcel The collected my parcel January 2024 amd was suppose to be delivered to Buffalo logistics Few weeks later Buffalo cancelled the return because Skynet driver claimed they didn't collect the parcel I then got proof of waybill from Skynet regarding the parcel being delivered to Buffalo but Buffalo still say I must contact Skynet All I need is to be refunded the cost of the clothing that was in that parceli. I have proof of everything Please assist
