Missing package
I ordered some goods from the UK and my parcel was sent with Skynet and arrived in Johannesburg on 25 August. After paying the duties etc., the package was released from customs and sent to Cape Town. According to the local tracking it arrived on Thursday 30th. After battling to get through to someone on the phone on Tuesday 4 September, I was eventually told that they have no idea where the package is and they will get back to me, which has not yet happened.
