Missing item in package

I placed an order for 5 products and only received 4. A very expensive jacket was missing from my order. I logged a ticket with Shein but they said it's not their fault and I must take it up with the courier Skynet. Skynet said they didn't receive the jacket. And so i lose out on an expensive item with nobody taking responsibility
