Missing Delivery and False Updates

Despite tracking updates showing "out for delivery" for the past 2 weeks , my package has not arrived. I have contacted customer service multiple times, and they have failed to provide any meaningful assistance or resolution.The lack of communication, unreliable tracking, and unmet delivery promises have made my experience with skynet extremely disappointing. I urge others to consider alternative courier services to avoid similar frustrations.
