MISSING CHRISTMAS GIFTS APPARENTLY "DELIVERED"
Skynet have effectively DISAPPEARED with my son's Christmas present order from Toys R Us. When I type my tracking number online - it says it was delivered to my offices on 5 December 2020 and signed for my me. Our office is SHUT on a Saturday and I definitely did not sign for this. I have tried calling - and have been told to email with no answer. I did get through to Durban branch who were "unable" to put me through to the right person as the have new telephone lines which don't work properly. We are a week away from Christmas and I am missing my sons main Christmas present as a result of this.
