Lying Driver

This company really does not seem to be interested in their customer OR customer service. 09 July and I am still waiting for my parcel (BAR-SO***6). Apparently it was delivered on 5 July. Then to find out that the unit number in my complex "doesn't exist" (I am typing from the unit now)!

Then the driver changes his story to say he called me, and "I told him" to deliver it to another unit number.....makes sense right? No

To try get ANY answers from this company is a nightmare......and they seem to be supporting a blatantly lying driver.
