Lying delivery driver. Poor customer support

I have been waiting for a delivery now for 3 days. Every day they claim that I wasn't available which is a complete lie, no one has called me to deliver. Then they said over the phone that they had the incorrect cell number I gave them the correct number but still the same issue the next day, and they said the number wasn't changed on the system. When I asked to speak to the manager I was left on hold for 15 minutes before the call dropped. Currently still don't have my package and I'm really frustrated now as I urgently require it for work. If I could give zero stars I would.
