Lost goods

sky-net was received my parcel on the 08/10/2018 and until now they haven't deliver it to me. i called them the said that the parcel is missing due to using one ware house, i dont how is that my problem. i called lost and find department today they said i should wait until Friday the parcel worth R 2600.34 my trucking number is ********** 09614. please i need your help thank you Francisca Jacob ***
