Lost documents by skynet

Very bad and frustrating experience, requested skynet to pick up a parcel from Legal Practice Council, East London to Port Elizabeth, when l called them they told me that it was delivered at the wrong address and l was given the names of the person who signed for it but when l went to that address they told me that no parcel was delivered there and they don't even have a person by that name. I am very frustrated now because the Council does not want to reprint the document that is lost
