After a nightmare of an experience with Skynet, Maxeen Naidoo (and a few others), was not only very patient and understanding of my frustration but did everything to get my parcel to me as soon as possible. I am very appreciative and with more people like her at Skynet, there might just be light at the end of the tunnel after all.
