Lies Incompetence

My mother-in-law has been waiting the whole day for a package from Vodacom via Skynet. When we call they say the package will be delivered at 2 pm then 3pm, then 4 pm and it is almost 5 pm and no package has been delivered. She had to cancel all her meetings so she can be home and sign for the package, THIS IS NOT ON!!! You have just caused someone to lose pay for half a day, we will be taking this further, I have all the recordings of the lies!!!!!! Not even the decency to contact her.
