Lies about my vehicle licence delivery

Very poor service, unprofessional and misinformation, I am waiting for my car licence that I ordered via Capitec Bank. I received a message that parcel is out for delivery on 24/04/2025 but no one called and no one came to deliver. Tracking status said consignee not available. Why do you lie instead of doing your job. A vehicle licence should be treated as a special delivery not something to play and lie about. Reference ***9V6B4, ***8
