Lie about " Consignee to available"

Terrible service.... Driver didn't deliver package from vodacom and than lies that I was not available... "consignee not available" while I work from home and have cctv cameras around my property, did see even a single delivery car/van... Pathetic and to make thing worse they lie and blame us for their incompetence 🤮
