License disk renewal!!!

What a nightmare!!! I renewed my license disk via the Nedbank app (10/01/2015), 2 days later (12/01/2025) I received an SMS telling me that my parcel will be delivered between 3-5 working days. I received another SMS (13/01/2025) telling me that my parcel I out on delivery that day and that somebody must b ready to receive it with their ID at the provided delivery address. I've been tracking it since then because no delivery was made. I just checked again today (23/01/2025). It says the parcel was delivered on the 21/01/2025. After waiting on the line for 35 minutes, a consultant checked for me and said the parcel was delivered. I have not received it and nobody received it, I asked him to check who's ID was use to receive it said he'll get back to me with info on what happened and I know he won't call me back. This is such an *********** courrier company, oh my goodness!!!
