License disc not received

Today is the 20th of November 2024, still I haven’t received my license disc. It was supposed to be delivered to me on the 09th of November 2024, now I am driving with expired disc. I booked a disc using Capitec App.

Please tell me what must I do in this case?? Next week I need to travel home, I need my disc.

At first they said I was not available even though I didn’t receive any call and I was at home the whole day, secondly they said my address is wrong which is a lie.

I’ve been calling this number :*** But no one answers.

I called for more than 1 hour still no one answers.

This is really unacceptable.
