Licence delivered at hairdresser!

Licence with sensitive info has been delivered to hairdressers while address clearly states it is a double story house (only one in street) opposite doctors rooms ..how can they get it wrong and my cell is included, nobody called stating they cannot find my house. Also, an Id is required for delivery which obviously has not been supp**** as the hairdresser will not have it ..so far for reliability an personal information protection...
