Late return pick up

Booked a return for takealot 2 weeks ago there was n mix up at the branches instead of Bloemfontein branch the return was logged at the Welkom branch they phoned me and according to the consultant she would have phoned the Welkom branch to correct the pick up and till date nothing happend pathetic service I will phone takealot and take it up with them
