Late motor vehicle license

I renewed my vehicle license on the 21st of June on the Natis online system, I got a confirmation the parcel is out for delivery on the 26th of June however the license never arrived. I have been tracking the parcel since then and daily it reports it is out for delivery, but it never arrives. There was no communication from Skynet, so I don't know why the parcel never arrived. I have been calling their national line and not getting through to a service consultant, I could hold for up to 30 minutes and no response. Today on the 4th of July I finally get through only to be told the parcel was loaded for delivery and then it was offloaded, still no one calls or reaches out to say anything, I have not been able to drive my vehicle freely for the past few days as my vehicle license is expired and Skynet is sitting with the renewed one and there is no sense of urgency to locate the owner of the parcel. This is definitely a service I would never recommend.
