late delivery
I just tracked my parcel and it was received at your branch on the 16th of July. Today is the 28th of July, it has been more than 10 days and still nothing. I have assignments to complete, I need to have my parcel delivered ASAP and please warn your guys not to ask me to meet them anywhere like last time. I need my stuff delivered at my address. my waybill number UNPD*** and student number ***2. please treat this as matter of urgency.
