Lack of Service

I have been trying to establish when my parcel will be delivered with no avail. Tried contacting Skynet via different options and can't get hold of them. Via email, they don't respond. Via the chat portal on their website, they answer to a point and then the conversation ends. Via phone, been holding for more than 30 minutes per call until the system asks you to leave message as they have no available consultants. Tracking via the waybill, it has not been updated since the 6th of December. By far the worst courier service I ever dealt with!!
