Lack of Service by this courier company

What a useless courier service. Their drivers lie. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 26th of June 11days later I am still waiting. Whenever I call their customer service I get told tomorrow but it never happens. They keep on saying they could'nt reach the recipient which is NOT true. Even after I've explained to their call centre agents that I live in a complex there is a security guard at the gate 24/7 they still not delivering. Now the last remark I saw on their notes "Recepient refused order" Really. Other courier companies deliver without hassles. I am so frustrated by their lack of customer service they just don't care.
