Lack of customer service

Skynet is the worst with courier services that never improves their services to their clients. I am currently waiting for my vodacom order and they will send a message of delivery and never pitch nor call. At around 23h00 you will receive a message that the delivery failed without reasons as to why delivery failed. Their customer care number and whatsapp is the same thing no answer or reply. I wonder why did Vodacom give them contract. Their competitors are much better when coming to courier services. Infact they are excellent compared to Skynet.
