Just don't care

<p>I was supposed to get my package on Thursday already... it's now Saturday and I still don't have it. I called the Cape Town branch several times this morning (since 8:30) with no answer. I then called the National line who indicated that the Cape Town branch would be open till 12:00 if I wanted to collect. I then called the several Cape Town branch contact numbers again to try and arrange collection but yet again no-one picked up. I thought they probably just extremely busy, so I just went there. When I got there (at 10:40) the security guard said that everyone had left already (even though I saw several cars there). I then called the National office again and they just said: 'oh, they probably left early if they weren't busy'. I was given the supervisor's cell number which just rang and rang and rang... Ridiculous! They really just don't care! And now, I'm still without my package that I desperately need! </p>
