Just close your doors once!

The worst courier company by far, my parcel has been out for delivery from Polokwane since the 8th July to date I haven’t received it. Worse the order was made from SHEIN on the 28th June and my status from the app has changed from shipped to delivered. When I call skynet they tell me the driver was late, so my question is why update the status to delivered if the driver was late and I didn’t receive my parcel? And 2 days later the driver is still no show! I’m so freaking frustrated right now cos I need the parcel as in yesterday! And another thing the time they take to pick up our calls is sickening, they don even respond to emails!
