Items delivered to another address rather than the specified address
Good day
My study material was not delivered to the specified address but rather to a public library where by I would need to make alternative arrangements to have them collected.
My understanding is that items should be delivered to the specified addresses and not to any other. If there are any changes with the delivery address the receiver should be notified before delivery can be made.
This protocol was not followed but rather a whatsapp group was created to inform students of the whereabouts of their study material.

Please not to date I did not receive any feedback from a representative as mentioned.
Furthermore I did not receive my items to date although the team was in the area on the 10th of March 2020 who mentioned that the items was at the library.
I also have messages sent to me from a team member after I queried of the delivery saying thanks for the complain that I only care about myself and I am selfish.
Please provide me with an email address to which I can forward these messages. I would like clarity if that's the way business is conducted related to the messages sent to me after the enquiry.
