Item Out On Delivery for 3 Days

Purchased items from Samsung SA, online. Merchant selected the courier. Only one of the items arrived. The other item (256 GB microSD card - cost more than R500) still not received. Today (20 Dec 2024) is the third day it shows out on delivery. Call centre tells me matter was escalated because driver is not answering his phone and has not returned the item since checking it out for delivery on morning of 18 December, even sending me delivery OTP.

Third morning in a row where I am on hold for nearly 45 minutes, yet the recorded message says "your call is important to us..." The leave a message function does not work and if it did, I do not trust that they would call me back before the end of 2024. Who knows whether I will ever receive the SD card????!
