Item dispatched and returned back to warehouse

I am very unhappy with skynet services. I don't understand how an item can be dispatched, leaves the warehouse and then returned back to warehouse because it was not the driver's route. No effort was made in getting in contact with me. Now I have to wait another day with deadlines looming. This is totally unacceptable. Someone must follow up and make sure if an item leaves warehouse, it reaches its destination. I will not use Skynet in the future, nor will I recommend it.
